GAMPOPA CLINIC

His
Holiness,
The Dalai Lama
Message
from the office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama
"His
Holiness the Dalai Lama is very pleased to learn that the Gampopa
Clinic is doing a wonderful work of looking after various health
care needs of the people in the Darjeeling area, both for the Tibetans
as well as local inhabitants. His Holiness is particularly happy
to learn of the free services and treatment that is being provided
to people who cannot afford it and because of the unfortunate fact
of young Tibetans being involved in drugs and alcohol, His Holiness
is also pleased that programmes and workshops related to these have
been taken up. His Holiness wishes Gampopa Clinic continued success
in their social work and sends His prayers and blessings".
